Michael Farrow,
Founder & President

Mr. Farrow has over 35 years of hands on construction and demolition expertise. He is a certified equipment operator and licensed truck driver, making him intimately familiar with all field operations. Mr. Farrow has demolished well over 15,000 structures in his broad based career, including commercial facilities, residential structures, sports stadiums and racetracks and is a subject matter expert on local building codes and regulatory compliance issues.

Mr. Farrow serves on the City of Detroit Board of Wrecking Examiners and is well respected in the industry locally and nationally.

Marja Farrow, Vice President, Administration/Compliance

Mrs. Farrow is a highly experienced and respected municipal administrator with over 20 years of expertise in contract management, project management, grants administration, regulatory compliance, community development, planning and zoning and management of day to day operations. She has worked at the local and county levels of government as well as the nonprofit sector and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan. Mrs. Farrow coordinates with the Field Supervisors to ensure field staff are trained and operating in manners consistent with company and contract compliance. She is also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with all local, state and federal regulations governing company operations and projects.

Zeander Fenner, Superintendent

Mr. Fenner has been employed with Farrow Group, Inc. for twenty (20) years and has over 35 years of heavy equipment operations and safety expertise. Mr. Fenner has been an Operator Foreman/Lead Wrecker for the past eight (8) years. Mr. Fenner is a certified heavy equipment operator, licensed truck driver and licensed Abatement Supervisor. He is also responsible for screening and evaluating all new operators and truck drivers and provides regular field training for job specific safety processes and procedures. Mr. Fenner also oversees fleet management and has worked on job sites locally and nationally.

Michael Farrow, Jr., Field Supervisor

Michael Jr. has been employed with Farrow Group, Inc. for the past seven (7) years. He has advanced from Operator Apprentice to certified heavy equipment operator and now serves as a Field Supervisor. Michael Jr. is acquainted with field operations, ensuring proper equipment and staffing for all jobs and field compliance with company and contract related procedures. He has worked on residential, commercial and industrial sites and is also a licensed Asbestos Supervisor.
